Now It’s Art?

People need to make up their mind on what they want to call art. It’s hypocritical to call graffiti found on the Berlin Wall art, and selective wall cleaning to be graffiti (link to see reverse graffiti). Even though there are historical context with the graffiti on the Berlin Wall, couldn’t there be an argument made for historical context in any graffiti

Maybe there should be a global summit to reform international standard on what is art and what is considered graffiti.
