Description
Firethorn engaged Mobients to help improve the interaction flow of their small screen mobile banking solution (240×320 pixel). Mobile banking on tiny screens is a users last resort to accomplish financial transactions. We wanted to make sure there were no extraneous screens or interactions to impede their tasks. The challenge was to simplify task-flows while insuring users can accomplish complex financial transactions on a small mobile device. Building off of Firethorn’s proprietary mobile solution, I teamed up with Mobients to improve user efficiency by simplifying the task-flows and screen interaction.
