Description
How do you take a routine task, simplify the steps, and draw attention to important information? Siemens Healthcare Data Exchange needed to create a system to help hospital technicians check to make sure patients are qualified for procedures. Their existing system was cumbersome, resulting in billing errors or denial of service.

We researched hospital technicians by analyzing; task flows, required information to complete tasks, and common technician errors. We identified bottlenecks that often created user errors and redesigned the task flows to support user transactions.
