Description
Football fans will do anything for their teams. NFL teams wanted to make sure they were the focus of the new team redesign.
NFL and Razorfish teamed up to design and build the next generation team sites. I worked with Razorfish to craft a unique fan experience for each NFL team. The site’s final goal was to create and support fans while providing fans a destination to display their pride for their team. We understand each team has a very different needs for their fans so we wanted each team to be able to craft a unique experience tailored to their local fans. Some teams may want blogs while other want fan contributions. We achieved this by delivering a modular and flexible CMS system that’s easy enough to upload and modify, giving each team the ability to create and modify their own site design. The outcome was over 90 various flexible and modular modules that can work within 40 templates.
• Unprecedented site flexibility to NFL teams
• Develop interface needs for a variety of fans, from fare-weather fans to die-hard fans
• Incorporates friendly Web 2.0 functionality
• Shared modules and layouts to create uniformity and common elements throughout team sites
